Step By Step Process on How to Produce a Low Budget Film
In this class, students will learn the steps to produce a low budget film, along with some tricks of the trade. Find out what is necessary and what is not necessary with low budget filmmaking. Upon completion of this course, you can expect to feel confident about knowing how to produce your very own film. Topics covered: Casting, Budgeting, Hiring Crew, Pre-production, Production, Festival Submissions, PR, Marketing, and Distribution.

Learn How to Budget a Film
You don’t need expensive software like Movie Magic Budgeting. You only need to know basic MICROSOFT EXCEL. An extra bonus to taking this course - an Excel template will be provided to students which can be used for your own movie budgets! This exact template has been used for several movie budgets ranging from $2.5 Million to $50,000 size budgets- and it works! Producers and directors love this budget because it's easy to use for any type of film - small or large. It is not required but recommended to have a laptop with Excel installed for the class.
